Lee Holn, who owns AAR&R, is my neighbor. I met him when he moved in across the street from me just over three years ago. Prior to that, I would see him daily across the street; first demolishing a dilapidated home and immediately after, framing up and constructing an awesome abode for he and his wife. At the time, my mother was passing from a devastating form of brain cancer, so I did not make any formal introductions. I would just catch glimpses of the process and progress of his endeavor. However, after she passed and I was able to start picking up the pieces, I introduced myself. Part of that introduction included how impressive it was to watch him make an eyesore disappear and, in its place, conjure such a perfect replacement. He was such a nice guy and very proud of his abilities. Lee invited me in to see all he had done. I was now doubly impressed. Not only had he produced a solid looking structure from the outside, but also a stylish and comfortable living space inside. I have recommended Lee to multiple families and individuals for reasonably priced projects. The results in every case have received praise beyond measure. I never hesitate to tell people, "I know a guy", when they need construction or roofing done for themselves or loved ones. Lee is a real one. Quality is the word I would use to describe his craftmanship and his character.
